Customer support in all project stages
Our offices, located in different locations in China, include a combination of national and Israeli staff working directly with the team in Israel. This allows total communication with the customer in all of the project's stages, reporting to the customer on project progress, problem solving solutions and enabling rapid response to customer’s questions and requests. This also makes purchasing from Israeli or Chinese sub-contractors easier to manage.
Metalitec Division Services
Metalitec escorts clients from the initial idea to the final operational stages. The division's engineers will help the customer in planning the product and will provide their professional expertise in choosing the most suitable and economic materials for the production process. Metalitec representatives will lead and supervise the production, taking advantage of the strong company connections with Chinese sub-contractors.
The combination of Israeli engineering together with the Chinese manufacturing and supervision abilities allows Metalitec to give its customers a full-service package; from planning to manufacturing, including attractive pricing and high quality products aligned with the highest manufacturing standards.
